You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the “unsubscribe” link included in every email.

8. General Provisions

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Jurisdiction:

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Idaho for disputes arising from these Terms.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Severability:

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the use of our website.

9. Payment Terms

a) Fees and Payment:

You agree to pay all fees for services purchased through the Site, as specified during enrollment or renewal.

b) Payment Failure:

Failure to process payment may result in suspension of your access to services. You are responsible for updating payment details promptly.

c) Delinquent Accounts:

Accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days may incur late fees and service suspension.

d) Termination for Non-Payment:

Unpaid accounts may be terminated 7 days after the due date. Written notice will be provided prior to termination.

e) Reactivation:

Reactivation of terminated accounts requires full payment of outstanding balances and may be subject to additional fees.
